6 Secret Traffic Strategies
The key to succeeding in any internet related business is traffic. So then, how do you get visitors to flow to your site? Driving customers, clients, or readers to make your website a place that they regularly visit is really not hard to do. Driving traffic does not just happen on its own. You need to plan and execute the plan to make it happen.
1. Consider visiting other sites that are similar to yours. Visit the blog or forum of these sites and post a message with a back link to your site. A back link is simply the URL (address) or your site. Needless to say you need to put the back link in the context of a short sentence or message. If the site allows you to have a signature, then add a link to your site in your signature.
2. Create a blog with a RSS feed that notifies subscribers whenever you have updated information. Then create new content in your blog regularly. You will find that others will begin to link to you from their own pages and list you as a valuable source of information.
3. Start with Free traffic techniques and then graduate to paid traffic. Makes sense? Common sense will make you successful sooner! Traffic exchanges can quickly bring in a lot of traffic. There are plenty of good free traffic resources. Consider using Traffic Swarm. Open a free account or sign up as a pro. I started with a free account then graduated to pro. Pro will allow you to gain more points sooner and benefit from your downline.
4. SEO mean Search Engine Optimization and is one of the best things you can do for your business. SEO will help you generate targeted traffic for your website. Targeted traffic means that the people that visit your website will actually be looking for what you have to offer! Techniques like keyword density within paragraphs as well as keyword placement within the title of the webpage, Meta tags and the bolding, underline and italicizing of keywords within the webpage are a few of the SEO techniques that will impact traffic to your site. You may learn more about this at enlightenedsource.org
5. Use safe linking practices. Set up linking arrangements that appear natural. You only want to link to site related to your keywords and target market. Just having links is not what you want to do. In fact you will be penalized for just having links. It is not the number of links that matter. What matters is if the sites you link to be related to your site and that those site you link to have a rank of 3 or higher.
6. Good site content is very important. Search engines love content, and so do your visitors! Fresh content will keep your visitors coming back to your website at their own will and you’ll naturally get higher results at search engines

Web Design Facts
Fact 2: On the other hand, when a search engine scans a site’s contents, it looks for contents which are useful enough for other sites to reference. It expects to locate a content that is consistent with the keywords.
Fact 3: Moreover, visitors who go to a shopping cart would expect to find photos with high quality, a variety of applicable views and lastly, a concise and clear description and costs. They also expect that the cart should work in all types of browsers.
But sad to say, some viewers do not find what they need in a website or sometimes they have a hard time going around the site. The following things should make you aware on the things why web sites fail.
One fact that web designers must know is that people wouldn’t enter your site unless they know their way around it.
Due to this concern, web designers must take into consideration that they need to conceptualize user friendly and easy to understand websites. For most customers or viewers, very extravagant design won’t matter as long as they don’t get lost in your site.
Your competitors are just a click away
When designing your web site, think very carefully on things that could give you a plus over your competitors. Think of the things that you can offer your customers in order for them to stay on your site and choose you above all else.
People hate slow websites
Designers must understand that searchers can be very impatient when surfing through sites in the Internet. Therefore, designers must find a way to minimize the slowness of websites and at the same time offer viewers with quality contents.
Searchers look for relevant information
Dr. Jim Jansen of Penn State’s School of Information Sciences and Technology said, “A web site has to be relevant to a searchers needs. Otherwise, by the time three minutes have elapsed, 40 percent of searchers will have moved on. While some may have found what they wanted, others may simply have given up and move to a different site." When designing web pages, designers can’t help but become graphic artists with the aim to make your site look great but sometimes lacking in information. Therefore, remember that while it is important to make your site attractive, it is equally important to place in your site the information that visitors need.
Sites should have clear abstracts
The first thing that appears on the result page as an answer to a search engine query is the site’s abstract. The abstract explains everything about your site. According to a study done by Penn State, more users or searchers can be drawn to a site with the use of an abstract. That is if the abstract is informative enough and gives relevant and enticing information about the site. Dr. Jim Jansen said, "For site developers, if you want to be looked at, it is absolutely critical that the abstract be crystal clear about the purpose of your Web site."
Some Factors Which Will Determine A Good Dating Service
In this article we will determine what factors make a good dating service and give you some tips on choosing one to fit your needs.
1. Which features will be the most important to you? If you live in a city a dating service with a large number of people living in a rural area may not be very important. If you are a Christian that values religion finding a member who has the same views as you could be what you are looking for.
2. How much money are you willing to spend on your monthly membership. No matter how much benefits and features a dating service offers, if you can not afford it the point is moot. One bit of advice is avoid free membership sites. As you have noticed in many of these tips paid memberships are better than free memberships for everything from safety to choices.
3. What type of profile matching system do they offer. Your profile is your online resume and the key to finding members to meet. Profile matching is great for filtering through millions of members to zero in on who matches well for you. This does not mean you can not browse all members if you choose that as well.
4. Would you like to have off-line events available to you. Speed dating is one example of members meeting off-line and having a chance to quickly meet a large number of possible dating partners.
5. We should probably list this first for women and that is safety. There are some dating services which will do background checks on all subscribers to certify their background, marital status, and age. In these days and times this is an important feature to have.
6. Privacy can be important at first, along with that is security. You may not want other members to know that you have joined a dating service. You can also keep certain things on your profile private in the beginning if you choose.
This is 6 things that makes an internet dating service good for you. Of course everyone has different things that are most important to them. Thankfully today dating services are more safe and quality oriented to offer you a great experience if you choose to use them.

The Key to Great Romantic Relationships
The second time was a rebound off of the previous situation - what was I thinking???
This time there was a wedding - and just as I was about to divorce the guy 2 years later, I found out that my marriage wasn’t legal to begin with - so I got an anullment for sixty bucks.
I spent the next 10 years of my life dating a few guys but I never felt empowered in my relationships with them. Right before I moved out west, I was dating a guy who was 20 years older than myself. One Sunday afternoon, he sat me on his knee (like a daughter) and gave me the talk that I wish my own father had given me around age 14 or so. He taught me what I needed to know about how men think and how to maintain my own standards and self-esteem regarding dating relationships. (By the way, he’s a published author on relationships).
Let me tell you, my whole world changed after that afternoon. I learned that I now had the key to attract the types of relationships I desire - be they of a personal or of a business nature. No longer did I feel like a victim of romantic circumstances! I felt like a caterpillar who had just metamorphed into a monarch butterfly. To this day, when I remember to follow this advice, things always turn out great.
So, what I share in my book, Love & Diamonds In 90 Days (http://www.TheLovePlaybook.com) is what I learned about harnessing my own power as a woman - especially as it relates to relationships. And, I show single women how to do the same thing for themselves. Many of my readers have applied this method to their lives and succeeded beyond their dreams!
When you truly understand and apply this key to great relationships, the world will treat YOU right.

Bikes And Your Life
Cars take thousands of lives each day worldwide in automobile accidents. Some are results of driving under the influence of drugs or alcoholic beverages, while some are just too tired to be on the road. Instead of heading off to a place for some rest, the drivers will continue driving, so they are most likely prone to accidents.
Automobiles are also harmful to the environment. Cars leak liquids, and owners drive off without wiping the stain, leaving it for wildlife to taste. How many animals fall prey to these vehicles and become road kills in an instant?
Humanists, environmentalists, and animal lovers alike now have the solution for all the death, pollution, and killings. The answer comes with two wheels - bikes and how they can save your life.
Why You Should Start Using Bikes
No pollution is involved with cycling. It does not emit smoke, leak liquids, and is very quiet. Bikers also contribute to saving a space in a crowded parking lot as more than a dozen bicycles can fit in one slot of a car.
For pet lovers, you can tie your pet’s leash on your handlebar and pedal to an easy pace so that your furry friend can run beside you. It cuts out the work for you.
For your pockets, cycling can help you save more money. No insurance has to be paid annually, and no license is required. No fuel bills either as your bike will run to the speed of your pedaling. The maintenance costs about a quarter of what you spend on cars per annum, and a bicycle, once well taken care of, can last for years, if not decades.
In a crowded mall for instance, your bicycle can be parked anywhere. You don’t have to roam the parking area for agonizing minutes after minutes with the stress building up. You can just park it on one corner, secure it with your lock, and leave it to be ready for you until you’re done shopping.
How Your Health will Benefit from Using Bikes
According to a reliable source, a cyclist’s fitness level is equal to his health ten years ago. It can make you feel younger as you are still well in control of your limbs by the exercise, giving you power and building your stamina.
Irked by the way motorcycles pass by your car in the midst of a traffic jam during the rush hour? It can give you that same sense of power. Now, you can weave in and out of traffic, so you’ll reach your destination faster.
It also reduces the risk of heart disease as your heart is healthy and receives proper exercise. In addition, it builds up your muscle legs to give you more power and strength. If you’re a soccer player, then at least now you’ve got that strong kick you’ve always wanted.

Popularity of Surfing
The popularity of surfing starting growing in the1960's when movies like “Gidget” and “Beach Blanket Bingo” exposed the rest of the world to a sport only known to ‘locals’ who were lucky enough to live near the beach.
Surfing is popular largely because it requires no formal training, a minimum of equipment and can be enjoyed by almost anyone at any age. All you need is a surfboard, some swimming ability and a nearby beach.
What started out as ‘The Sport of Kings” and was practiced mostly by men has exploded to include women and young girls in increasing numbers. While in the 1960’s through the 1980’s it was unusual to see women in the water you can go to the beach now and see sometimes up to half of the people in the water are female.
While many men enjoy seeing women out in the lineup there are still some who refuse to share the waves with their female counterparts.
There are even surf clothing and surfboard manufacturers who cater specifically to women. Just look at Roxy Clothing and Trixie Surfboards.
Today there are many surfing accessories in use that were not available to surfers of the 1960's such as wetsuits, leashes and rash guards.
Before the advent of wetsuits to keep them warm, many a surfer braved the frigid ocean water, especially in winter, in his bare skin. Now surfers can surf year-round, as well as in places with freezing cold water, and keep warm.
Made of neoprene rubber, a wetsuit fits tightly against the surfer’s skin. It traps a layer of water, which the body warms, then holds it against the skin, keeping the warm water inside of the suit.
More recently neoprene hoods, gloves and booties are used to cover and warm all the extremities as well.
The leash was another welcome addition to the surfing world. Basically a rubber cord that attaches from the fin area of the surfboard to the ankle, a leash keeps a surfer’s board in arm’s reach even after a wipeout so he can quickly retrieve his board without a long swim to shore.
Rash guard shirts were yet another great addition to a surfer’s arsenal. Made from a special lycra material, rash guards are made to be worn in the water and dry very quick. They are light and form fitting for comfort so they don’t get in the way of a surfer’s performance.
Rash guards protect the surfer's body against irritating skin rashes they can get from laying on their surfboard as they paddle or rashes that can occur under their armpits when they wear a wetsuit.
Not only do they protect from skin rashes but they also offer the best UV protection you can get in the water with many providing SPF 150 protection. With the advent of rash guard shirts, surfers could say goodbye to slippery sunscreens that wash off in the water.
These few accessories have made a world of difference to surfers everywhere and made the sport of surfing more accessible and popular to the masses.
You can learn more about rash guards and see them in different styles and colors for men, women and kids at http://www.Buy-Rash-Guards.com

Saturday Night And Sunday Morning Movie Review
of the novel of the same name by Alan Sillitoe. Sillitoe
adapted the screenplay himself and the film was directed by
Karel Reisz.
It tells the story of Arthur Seaton, played by Albert Finney,
a young Nottingham factory worker, who is having an affair
with Brenda, played by Rachel Robertas, the wife of an older
co-worker. He also has a relationship with Doreen, played by
Shirley Anne Field, a woman closer to his own age.
It is a terrifying glimpse into an age where work, booze,
and death were all that Britain's young men had to look
forward to. "What I want is a good time, the rest is all
propaganda," is Seaton's saying, but in the end, he
realizes he's fighting a losing battle as an affair with
his best friend's wife (Roberts) ends badly. She is
pregnant and her husband finds out about her affair. Arthur
earns a beating from the cuckolded husband's squaddie
brother for his peccadillo. He ends up back with Doreen and
the final scene takes place on the top of a hill where both
of them are talking about their future planes. It seem that
Arthur is finally realizing that marriage is probably
unavoidable. He has fallen in love with Doreen and they end
up talking about what type of house Doreen would like to
eventually live in.
Actually this film takes place about the same time that the
world seems to be going through a cultural revolution that
led us into the sixties. The Beatles,Rolling Stones, and
many other groups will come into their own during this
decade.
This is a black and white film that will end up as a true
classic for its time. Finney was voted the most promising
newcomer at the British Academy's (BAFTA) awards. To me it
kind of symbolized the struggles that most of us go through
during our rebellious younger years and the inevitable
realization about how we are going to spend the rest of our
lives.

Video Game Testing - Become A Video Game Tester In 5 Simple Steps
You won't land any video game tester jobs if you just sit around and wait for a "Game Testers Wanted" ad to appear in the paper. It won't happen. So instead of sitting back and waiting for a miracle to occur, just get out there and find the perfect video game testing job for you.
Head straight to the game companies and developers and apply for testing jobs. Since they aren't looking for you, the only logical step is to actively search for them. Once you find them (which shouldn't take too long), apply for a game tester position with them and then repeat the process for as many different companies as humanly possible.
On your application/resume, brag about all of your video game achievements, such as the consoles you own, the games you've played, the games you own, the MMORPGs you are apart of, and anything else that shows how much experience you have with video games. And if you want to help your cause even further, create a website/blog that talks about video games, gives reviews, previews, cheats, hints, tips, etc.
You have to remember that experience and professionalism count for a lot in this industry. Therefore, the more experience you have and the more professional you are, the better your chances are for getting a video game tester job.
Step Two: Step Out of Fairy Tale Land and Into Reality
You have to realize that video game testing is a job. Yes, it's a really fun job, but it is still a job nonetheless. This means that you have to treat it as such and take every part of it seriously. Don't merely sit down and play the game to have a good time. Sit down and play the game so that you can collect a paycheck when you're through.
Many "wanna-be" testers believe that being a professional video game tester is a "no work, all play" type of career. Honestly, they couldn't be more wrong. Although there aren't huge amounts of work that a game tester must wade through, there are still a few things that he/she has to complete. For instance, filling out reports. Surprised? Well, most aspiring young testers are when they hear that there is actual work involved with video game testing.
Contrary to what you may have thought, you won't be simply playing games and giving your opinion on whether they are good or not. You will actually be testing them. You will play through a game, find any bugs or glitches, and then fill out reports on any problems that you come across. This is to help the developers and programmers locate and fix those problems. You don't have to be an English professor or a college graduate to write bug reports, but you will have to have basic writing skills. Aside from the reports, you will also be required to fill out numerous questionnaires; which are typically opinion based.
As soon as you accept the fact that you'll be doing actual work as a video game tester, you will have much more success finding testing jobs.

Get Yourself Started In Blogging - The Right Way
In general, blogs are articles you write and post on the web for the entire world to see. Your blog puts you, your thoughts in the forefront, which lets others see your brilliance or idiocy. You can have your own website dedicated to your thoughts, or you can respond to a particular article that has been written which allows you to voice your opinion about the subject or article, although use tact when responding. Most news media allowing you respond to a written article requires you to provide a valid email address in order for you to make a comment.
Most subscribers to the Internet post there blogs on personal web pages or websites their ISP provides. Other bloggers post their comments on the multitude of websites available for posting their thoughts, usually indexed by subject. To find a blog site, simply type “blog/s” in any search engine and behold you will find thousands of blog sites you can read or post.
Methods for blogging vary which you should consider before doing any posting. Blogging in response to a particular article, as well as posting on dedicated blog sites are permanent blogs, in that they can not be changed once posted. With that in mind, you really need to think about what you want to say before posting your thoughts. It’s somewhat like making a comment, once spoken it can’t be undone.
The other side of posting on an open blog site is the libel issue. At present, blog sites are not libel for what you say, so use caution when blogging.
The other method of blogging is to have your own website or page where you write your own blog. Using this method, you can edit your blog, write about another subject or simply delete the blog entirely. This method in my opinion is perhaps the safest method of blogging, but there is a caveat to this method. When you write something on your computer using a word processor and save the document, even if you delete the article, or document, it still resides on your computer and unless you completely reformat or destroy the hard drive, it remains on you computer forever. If someone wants to prove you wrote the article, with the proper software they can retrieve it.
You may wonder if blogging is without peril. That depends. If you are blogging about your Aunt Tilly’s super fruit cake recipe, you’re safe, but if you’re blogging about a politician, an organization, the government, religious leaders, a company, an individual, you need to be careful about what you have to say, as you just might be libel. Presently, in the US, the courts are undecided about blogging, weighing in on the free speech side of the argument, however; individuals have been imprisoned and/or fined for their blogs.
To be safe when blogging, it’s important to use the correct adjectives, or follow the method the news media use when writing an article. Words like; alleged, subject to, suspected of, and the like may keep you out of trouble. Although, innuendos you make can been seen as an attack, an accusation, by some very sensitive people and they just might decide to take action against you.
Even when using safe words, that doesn’t mean you’re not going to suffer the consequences for your big mouth. Many states have what is known as; “The Right To Work Law,” which simply means employers can fire an employee for any reason, or for no reason. Individuals have been fired from their jobs for posting blogs about their company.
Many blogs are instructional in nature from how to grow a tree, wash a cat to building an explosive device. Here again you need to be careful. Those blogs about explosive devices just might cause a visit from a federal agency. Unfortunate as it is, when it comes to blogging, “Big Brother Is Watching!”

First Date Basic Training - Guaranteed Ways To Make A First Date Sizzle
As exhilarating as first dates may be for many men and women, the first date could be a mental and emotional battleground where every footstep could be your last.
There are numerous steps you'll be able to take to not only assure you get out of the date in one piece, but also grant yourself and your date the probability of enjoying the occasion, and maybe even receiving the opportunity of a meaningful relationship growing.
Men need to be conscious of just how significant first impressions could be to a woman. Make certain you dress up suitably and are nicely groomed. Although men oftentimes have to wear the tag of being skin-deep because they put a bit too much importance on a woman's appearance, do not for a second believe that women aren't just as aware of a man's appearance and physical attractiveness.
For men, posture is really crucial. Self-confidence is in all probability the most appealing quality that a man can present to a woman. Women like their men to be men. They wish them to look like men and to act like men. A man needs to stand up tall, with shoulders back and chin up. His walk had better project deliberateness and purpose. This manner is not some arrogant strut, just a case of a male who recognizes where he is heading every step of the way.
Equally part of a man's physical presence, eye contact is particularly significant. As the expression goes "The eyes are the windows to the soul" and a man who can make and hold eye contact exposes himself to be somebody who Is not too timid to get in touch and let himself be understood. It also shows interest, something that women would like to feel when they are with a man.
Women also want to be aware of their appearance and their clothing. For first dates a woman will prefer to preserve a level of mystery, so clothing in a fashion that is overly revealing, is not the way to go. Believe it or not, even the most self-confident of men can occasionally feel intimidated being with a woman they don't know all that well when she is wearing revealing clothing.
Give the guy a break. He is attempting to be on his best demeanor and also trying to control genetic programming that all but ensures that if something is left even a bit exposed he will look and usually look repeatedly at it.
A woman can help a man loosen up and be at ease while contributing to her mystique if she dresses more on the conservative side on a first date.
And if you want to make a very positive impression on a man, eye contact and a big smile does work wonders. An encouraging easygoing gaze that indicates interest will also help a man loosen up and be more of himself.
In virtually every first date scenarios somebody must jump in and take charge of the date. Generally this falls on the individual who does the inviting out. Ideally it ought to be the man. And here is why.
At this point of the game women like a man to take charge. As much as equal opportunities exist between the sexes these days, there are thousands of years of genetic programming that overrule social patterns.
A male, who takes control, leastways on the first date, creates a very favorable impression on any woman whether she likes to acknowledge it or is even conscious of it. Remember, women want men to be men.
First date conversation can be difficult for most men and women. Being able to hold up your end of a conversation is unquestionably a minimum necessity, but what is even more significant as far as conversation is concerned is not so much what is said but rather how you listen.
Active thoughtful listening, that is, hearing with real involvement and attention will encourage your date to verbalize more and be more at ease doing so.
Men love to be asked questions. Why? Because it gives them license to speak about themselves. Although women broadly speaking are quite comfortable speaking about themselves and their feelings on various topics, most men won't be as outgoing.
Nevertheless, if you ask a man a question, they will reply. It permits them to divulge more of themselves without considering that they are carrying on about themselves. In this first date scenario, a man will answer just about any enquiry that is asked, so it is a wonderful chance for a woman to discover what he's genuinely like. Or at any rate as much as you can in a a couple of hours.
On the man's side he needs to be an active listener. He needs to make certain that when his date is speaking that there is nothing more important than her and what she is expressing.
Eye contact and acknowledgment of what she is articulating (a perceptive nod of the head when suited for example) will encourage her to keep going.
First dates should be playful. They are filled with a sense of possibility and exhilaration difficult to come by in other settings. The most effective first date "strategy" is genuinely nothing more than, making the most of yourself and your appearance and doing whatever you can to make your date have the very most favorable time they potentially can.

What to Look for In a Search Engine Optimization Company
What is a Search Engine Optimization company? It is an organization whose objective is to provide the necessary tools and expertise to optimize your website towards the goal of securing for you a first or second page ranking in the search engine’s list of keyword-responsive sites. A Search Engine Optimization company’s role is that of an influencer, i.e., the strategies it employs for your website are geared towards influencing the search engine’s “spiderbot” to give it a high relevance rating which, in turn, influences its ranking. A Search Engine Optimization company’s indirect role is also to influence the surfer to visit your website but is not responsible for what happens to the visit.
There are many Search Engine Optimization companies that have hung their virtual shingle in cyberspace, with many more sprouting up each and every day. With so many choices available, it is important that you are guided in selecting the right Search Engine Optimization company that best suits your requirements and budget. Here are a few tips in selecting that Search Engine Optimization company:
• Always Go for Reputation and Experience
This is pretty much a common sense tip. When you are headed for the unknown, it always makes sense to go with a guide who knows what you don’t. A Search Engine Optimization company that has years of experience as an organization and has people working for it with years of individual experience is normally a good choice. Experience, however, is just one half of this selection criterion, the other half being REPUTATION. A Search Engine Optimization company may have the experience, but if it has a track record of unethical or even illegal SEO activity, then the experience counts for nothing.
• Avoid SEO companies that Spam
A Search Engine Optimization company that sends spam email to promote itself is not a good Search Engine Optimization company and will get your site banned costing you more that it will ever benefit from.
• A company that hides everything, has something to hide
Beware of the Search Engine Optimization company that has a “black box” solution for everything that ails your website, i.e., you don’t need to know how it works; you just pay. In all likelihood, what this type of Search Engine Optimization company is hiding from you is, at best, unethical, or at worst, illegal. It is very important for you to understand what is going to be done with your website (in lay man’s terms) because, at the end of the day, it IS your website and you will have to live with whatever the Search Engine Optimization company does to it.
• Go Window Shopping
Like with every important purchase decision you make, you must check out more than one Search Engine Optimization company before you make a decision. Ask for a list of the websites they claim to have worked on, and do your own research. Also, ask each Search Engine Optimization company you are considering about what they think of the other candidates in your list. Be wary if they launch into a negative marketing pitch about their competition. A really good Search Engine Optimization company will rarely badmouth a competitor. Even if the competitor is really bad, the worst that a good Search Engine Optimization company will do is objectively point out their strengths and weaknesses.
• Go with the Clear Deal
A good Search Engine Optimization company will always be very clear any work proposal it makes. It clearly spells out the terms of reference, timelines, commercial aspects, guarantees, penalties, any other items that it and you may find relevant towards meeting your expectations. That way, you know what you are getting into and what (and what not) to expect.
These are but a few tips on how to select the expert that will take care of optimizing your website for you. Approach a Search Engine Optimization company like you would any other company that you are considering to handle some work for you, and you are covered.

Making Money With Your 1st Or 50th Website Using Google Adsense
Every year, more people are coming online. And every year, people struggle to figure out how to tap into the economic engine powered by the Internet. The one thing that newcomers to the Internet frequently fail to realize is that those of us, who are making the most money online, spent years learning our trades.
The good news is that Internet newcomers have one major advantage that my mentors and myself did not have when we started our online enterprises. The newcomers have people like us who are willing to teach others what they have learned.
First And Most Important Lesson To Learn
There are three kinds of commercial websites on the Internet: product/service merchants, advertising providers, and non-profit websites.
Now, the Red Cross and the United Way are non-profit websites by choice and mission. But, the majority of non-profit websites on the Internet were designed to be for-profit websites, but the website owner will have been lucky to have earned enough to pay their web hosting costs.
By the end of this article, I hope that I will have provided you enough information to be able to turn any non-profit website into a profit generating machine.
Merchants sell services. They also sell products made by others or themselves. Some merchants produce their own informational books and e-books, on a wide variety of topics.
Many people make the mistake of assuming that they do not know anything of value that other people would want to know. But, that just isn't true. Call me an optimist if you will, but I believe everyone knows something that other people would be willing to pay a certain amount of money to learn.
Ii is a fact that some of the smartest online entrepreneurs I know make a lot of money by writing and selling books and e-books, on topics ranging from cryptograms (http://www.cryptogramsbylouise.com/), to how-to cure acid reflux (http://www.refluxgoneforever.com/), to finding the hero within (http://www.herosoul.com/), to how to be more successful with an online business.
I have bought many e-books and I have to say that some were better than others, but all of them helped me to learn what I needed to know in order to be successful with whatever endeavor I was undertaking.
Advertising Providers build websites with the intent of attracting a huge and loyal audience, so that advertisers will consider their website to be a good place to spend their advertising dollars.
In those dark days before Google Adsense (http://adsense.Google.com) and Yahoo's Publisher Network (http://publisher.yahoo.com/), we little guys were just tough out-of-luck if we wanted to sell our advertising space through a larger network of advertisers.
I remember having a website that was finally serving one thousand unique page views per day, or 30,000 page views per month. I remember thinking that it was time for me to see whom I could sell advertising space. So, I started doing my research.
I looked at one advertising network, and then another, and another. Without fail, most advertising networks required one million page views per month in order for a website to participate in their network. I was just poop out of luck.
So, I started advertising space on my site to my visitors. I sold some advertising, but I did not make a living doing it. The main issue here is that the people on my site are looking to learn about travel and other things, and advertisers generally spend their time on sites learning about doing business online.
Then in 2003, it all changed with the rollout of Google Adsense. Suddenly, all I needed to do was to apply to participate in Google's program. On approval, I could add one little piece of javascript code to my website, and I could start earning money from Google immediately, by making their client's advertising available on my own website.
Finally, my information website had a method for earning money that did not require for me to spend all of my waking hours chasing one sale after another.
Some Background
When I started my first online business, I had set up an Yahoo store (http://www.yahoo.com). I did very well with it, but after a couple years, I realized that I did not want to keep doing the same thing for the rest of my life.
Three rooms of my home were committed to storing merchandise that I was buying for resale. When I made a product purchase, I had to take photos and then sit down to my computer, upload the image and make an appropriate product description. Then I had to spend all of my spare time, making new listings at Yahoo and running to the post office to ship the merchandise I had sold.
One day I realized that the reason I had started my business is to provide my family a better standard of living. I had accomplished that goal, at the cost of time with my family. I was literally working from the moment I got out of bed, until I collapsed into my bed at the end of the day.
After parting ways with Yahoo, I researched other profit models and settled on a membership site. In order to be successful with a membership website, one must be willing and able to add new good quality content to the website at least three or four times per week. That is a job in itself.
While my membership site did well monetarily, I found myself in a position similar to when I had my Yahoo store. I was spending all of my spare time with my business and not my family.
Finally, I Wrapped My Head Around The Solution
What I needed for myself was a website where I could sell other people's products and services, then let the other person handle the entire process of collecting the money and delivering the product or service. I needed to build my business in such a way that I could build my website, when I wanted to invest the time, and I could collect my checks at the end of the month.
The advertising website is the best kind of site to have when your goals are the same as mine.
So, I embarked on building a website that had information on a wide variety of topics.
Three years after I started my current website, Google launched their Adsense program. I applied to Google's Adsense program and was accepted within just a few days. I then applied my Google Adsense code to my website.
Over the years, I have been building links to my website so that people could find me. The articles and directory links have produced good traffic results for me on a consistent basis, since I started the process of building them.
The Next Lesson Can Literally Double And Triple Your Income
When you undertake to design a website that will host advertising, don't be shy about it!
• Don't stick your advertising in a corner somewhere; • Don't design your advertising to look like something other than an advertisement; • Don't be afraid to test your advertising placement; • Don't be afraid to tell people that they can buy advertising on your website; • Don't be afraid to charge good money to advertisers to have a placement on your website.
Don't be afraid and don't be shy. Your reason for putting advertising on your website is to give YOU a way to make money from your work. But, in order to keep your advertisers happy, you need to make sure that they get a good return for their investment.
When you can help your advertisers make money, then you will by extension earn money from your website. It is a beautiful concept; when I help put money in my advertiser's pockets, they put money in my pocket.
Specific Tips To Maximize Your Advertising Click-Through Rates (CTRs)
The default link color on the Internet is blue; so make the links in your advertising blue.
The default text color on the Internet is black; so make the text in your advertisement black or whatever color is the default text color on your website.
Make your advertisement block stand out from the rest of the content on the page. Putting your ads directly in your visitor's face is good. Within a text block, I have found the 300x250 to be the most effective ad block size. To see an example of the 300x250 text block in action, view my blog here: http://www.clintondouglasiv.com
Other ad block sizes that we have seen good results include: the 728x90 leaderboard, 468x60 banner, and the160x600 wide skyscraper.
Be The Next Advertising Success Story
I advised a friend of mine to make these kinds of changes on his own website. He already had great traffic, but he was not making as much money as I thought he should be making.
On my suggestion, he changed his Google ads from the bottom of his left sidebar to the main part of his pages. He told me that his CTR increased from 0.8% to 2.4%. I told him to change his ads from the 468x15 link unit to the 468x60 banner ad. He told me that his CTR increased from 2.4% to 4.7%. Then I told him to change his links from black to blue. Within just a few weeks, he reported back to me that his click-through rates jumped again, this time from 4.7% to 7.8%. He even reported that on some individual days, his new layout generated as high as 11.4% CTRs.
On my friend's website, his CTR jumped from 0.8% where it had been for a couple years, since he started using Google Adsense, to 7.8% on average. While most webmasters will see an average increase of two- to three-times, my friend has experienced a nearly tenfold (+9.75%) increase in his advertising revenue through that website.
What could you do with ten times more advertising revenue from your website? You will never know until you implement these kinds of changes on your website to increase your own advertising revenue.

Keywords Optimizing Your Site to Get Top Billing at Search
When a user enters a search term, also known as a ‘keyword,’into a search engine, the engine runs through the billionsof pages in the database and awards each one a ‘relevancyscore.’ The higher your score, the higher your listing. Ifyour site doesn’t contain the keyword used by the searcher, the only score it’s going to get is a big, fat zero. Yourfirst task then is to make sure you know which keywords aremost relevant for each of your sites.
There are three ways to figure out your keywords:
Ask your competitors
This is the cheapest way to find many of the most importantkeywords. Simply log on to a search engine (AltaVista isgood, Google is better) and carry out a search for siteslike yours. Open the top site, and once the home page hasdownloaded, click on ‘View’ in your browser, and then‘Source.’ That will reveal all the HTML used to build theWeb page, including all the keywords that have beenspecially inserted.
For example, let’s say one of your websites sold nutritionalsupplements. You could carry out a search for ‘vitamins’ inGoogle. The top site there is called DrugEmporium.com, andthe keywords they list are "The Katz group, Snyders, DrugEmporium, Drug, Drug Store, pharmacy, stores."
Some of those keywords will be relevant to your site.Others, of course, won’t be relevant and there will be lotsof other keywords that aren’t obviously listed—like‘vitamins’ for example. But you can repeat the process onother sites, using different keywords, and build up a prettylong list.
Ask the pay-per-clicks
Pay-per-click sites actually let you see how popular akeyword is. They’re not being kind; they’re trying to makemoney. The more webmasters bid on those keywords, the higherthe bids are going to rise—and the more money thepay-per-clicks are going to make. FindWhat, for example, hasa Keyword Center, and Overture a Keyword Suggestion Tool. Both are very handy, but they also require you to open anaccount. That can cost a few bucks, but when you have a lotof sites covering a lot of different areas, it’s usuallyworth the expense.
Use a specialized tool
Not too surprisingly, a number of companies have popped upto supply specific keyword services for a fee. The best ofthese is WordTracker.com. They’re not bargain basement, butyou get what you pay for. They’ll give you all the keywordsyou need and in my experience, they’re a sound investment.
Googlefight.com is another useful tool to see whether onekeyword is more popular than another. The site compares twokeywords and tells you which is more popular. It’s free andhas a limited use, but it’s fun to play with.
As you make up your list of keywords, bear in mind that it’salso worth looking at key phrases. It’s quite possible thata user looking to buy flowers online might search for ‘redroses’ or ‘cheap bouquets’ as well as just ‘flowers.’ Keyphrases are often overlooked by competitors, so you’ve got apretty good chance of getting a high placement with theright combination.
Don’t worry too much about the competition though. Somepeople will tell you that you’re better off trying to findkeywords that no one else has thought of—as if there wereany!—and others will tell you to throw in keywords that areonly slightly relevant to your businesses.
In my experience, that’s a waste of time. If yourcompetitors are using certain keywords, it’s because theyknow they work. And if you pick up any users usingirrelevant keywords, you’re not going to sell them anything.Don’t try to reinvent the wheel here: just try to figure outthe most popular keywords and the best key phrases to put onyour site.
Whichever of these methods you use—and I tend to use morethan one—you should end up with a pretty comprehensive listof keywords that you can stick into your website. The nextquestion then, is how do you use them? When a search engineassigns relevancy to a site, it looks for the keywords in anumber of specific areas.
Title Tag
The title tag is written in the section of the Webpage and after the It’s usually the linelisted in the search results as well. For example, the NewYork Times’ title tag is “The New York Times on the Web:Daily international, national and local news coverage fromthe newspaper, breaking news updates, technology news, sports, reviews, crosswords, classified ad listings.”
That looks long, but the title tag is usually between 50 and80 characters including spaces. Different search engineshave different limits so you want to make sure that yourmost important words are near the beginning of the title. When you look at the New York Times’ site, you only see “TheNew York Times on the Web”.
The rest of the title is made up of keywords and phrases butin fact, you don’t want to put in too many keywords here.Just place one keyword as the second or third word in thetitle. Too many, and your site could be seen as spamming.
You can also list more keywords in the and sections of the area, but becausethese areas have been so abused in the past, a number ofsearch engines today will skip right past the title tag andgo straight to the Web copy.
Web Copy for SEO
The search engines will scan the text on a Web page to seeif your site is relevant to the search term. That means thatin effect, your Web copy is going to have to do two things:to persuade a customer to buy, and persuade a search engineit’s relevant.
When you write your copy aim for about 500 words a page, butthrow in between four and eight keywords. You’ll have to tryto balance a smooth text flow with getting in all thekeywords you need to be listed.
You can also consider adding text-only pages such as how-toarticles, tips or tutorials to your site. Throw in somekeywords and they can turn up in search engines and createopportunities for link exchanges.
So there’s a few ways you can try to improve the position ofyour site in a search engine. More important than where youput the keywords is choosing the right keywords. That’s notreally a huge challenge as your competitors are likely tohave done the job for you.
Of course, even if you do get everything right, it doesn’tmean you’re going to shoot straight to the top of Google. One of the criteria for relevancy is how long you’ve beenonline, so success on the search engines won’t comeovernight. The sooner you start submitting though, thesooner you can start to rise.

Tips and Tricks To Getting Top Money for your Domain Names
So what makes a "good" domain name? Usually short, single word domains and 2-3 letter .coms, .nets, and .orgs are the best. The more specific the better. These can be hard to come by but when you find them, you can almost guarantee that you can make good money from them. Once you have purchased a nice domain name, get a good appraisal of the name to get an idea of the possible worth (see AppraisalBlast.com). In order to sell your newly appraised name, you have to find a buyer. Here are your basic options for selling your domain name in a nutshell:
1. Sell it on Ebay
This is the easiest and quickest way to sell your domain name. There are several tricks to landing a good sale at Ebay. One is, start your price low. People want a bargain. Once you have received an initial bid, it will draw peoples attention to your name and create more bids. You may want to set a reserve price if you want to make sure you get X amount of dollars. When selling your domain on Ebay, make sure your domain name is in the title of the description. Also, include an appraisal to show to possible buyers the value of the domain. Keep your description short, clean, and really emphasize how important and rare your domain is. For example, if your domain is 3 letters and ends in "I", stress how most 3 letter domains that are highly valuable end in "I" because it usually stands for "Incorporated". If it ends in "E" it could stand for "Enterprise". A little bit of marketing saavy can go a long way. I once sold the domain 0pp.com for over $200. It even has a number in it making it worth very little. But I emphasize its possible uses and potential. Also, spend the extra $1 for the Bold Listing and make sure your auction ends on a Sunday afternoon or evening. This is when most people are browsing Ebay. It will make a big difference.
2. Sell it on Domain Sites
The only sites you should even consider putting your name up for sale is on ebay.com, Afternic, or Sedo. These are the most popular and where some huge sales have taken place. The only downside is that there are high numbers of domains already for sale and usually the site will get a commission of something around 10%. There also may be a small fee to join. Appraisal Blast charges a minimal fee but no commission. Your domain will get more exposure there just because there aren't hundreds of domains for sale. You may also have luck selling it on forums such as DomainState. The prices of sales there seem to be lower.
3. Contact Large Businesses with Deep Pockets
This approach takes some time and patience. Let's say you have acquired a great domain name that would work great for any business in the field of the stock market. You may want to locate some of the bigger sites or businesses and make an offer to sell your domain name. Make sure the name you own doens't have any elements that are already trademarked because you may be forced to give up the name. You may want to go on the Internet and look up current websites that deal with stocks and find ones that don't have the greatest domain names. Make offers to these sites stating how your domain is much better and will HELP them. If you get a company to bite, the rewards are usually very generous!
In summary, selling domains for high amounts of cash depends on two key elements. First you must have a quality domain, one that doesn't have numbers or isn't too long. It must be clear and easily recognizable. ".com" is the best, but even domains such as the ".us" are gaining popularity. The second key is Marketing, Marketing, Marketing! I can't stress that enough. You have to create a good reason for someone to buy your domain. How can THEY benefit from it. When these two steps are fulfilled, a sale is almost guaranteed!

Banners
When the Web first started, banners were all the rage.Today, they’re pretty much passé. They’re no longer anovelty and unless they’re super-clever, users pretty muchignore them.
And yet, every website still contains a whopping greatbanner ad splashed along the top or running up the side. Inpart, that’s because they’ve become more sophisticated withbetter targeting and improved graphics.
- You should definitely befamiliar with them.Banner Glossary
Banner Ad — A graphic ad linked to an advertiser’s website. These usually run across the top of the page but can also run up the page (“skyscrapers”). Banners are usually limited by size.
- Banner Views —The number of times a banner is seen by users. This is usually the same as "page views," but counts the number of times the banner is actually downloaded rather than the number of times the page is downloaded. Some users click away before the banner finishes loading.
- Clicks/ Click Throughs — Banners are operated by clicking the cursor over them. Not too surprisingly these responses are called “clicks” or “click throughs.”* Click Through Rate (CTR) — The percentage of users who see the banner and click on it.
- Conversion Rate —The percentage of people who visit your site and actually give you money. The higher the better!
- Cookies — Small files placed on a user’s computer. They’re used for all sorts of reasons and by all sorts of sites. Banner ads use them to make sure the user hasn’t seen the banner recently, which banner brought them to the advertiser’s site, and even which adverts they’ve seen recently.
- CPM — "Cost Per Mille." The amount you pay for every thousand times a banner is shown—the usual way of charging for banners.
- Hits — The number of times a server receives a request for a Web page or an image. Not a great way to measure interest. One page can have lots of images and get lots of hits, even if it’s only seen once. Often, people will say "hits" when they really mean "page views" or "impressions."
- Page Impressions or Page Views —The number of times a Web page has been requested by the server. Much more accurate than hits: each view is a potential customer looking at a page of your site. But not necessarily a different customer...
- Unique Users — The people who download a Web page, counted by IP address. You want to bring lots of users to your site so that you can create a broad customer base. The same user clicking on a banner a dozen times could cost you money without increasing your sales. Most reputable sites will check the IP address of the person clicking on a link and only count it once in a 24-hour period. If a site doesn’t do this, don’t advertise with them.
Banner Economics
Business online, like business offline, always boils down tomath: the difference between cost and revenue. If yourbanner campaign is costing more than it’s earning, you won’tbe in business for very long. To figure out how yourcampaign is doing, you’re going to need to know your CostPer Mille, your Click Through Rate and your Conversion Rate. These are your basic tools. If you don’t know them, findout!
Let’s say your CPM is $20, your CTR is 1%, and yourConversion Rate is 4%. (So you’re paying $20 every 1,000times your banner is shown, it brings you 10 new users, andyou make one sale for every 25 users the ad brings).
Thequestion you need to ask yourself is how much are youwasting on the 24 users who don’t buy.
Cost per visitor = $20 / 10 = $2 So each visitor costs you$2, but you need 25 visitors to make one sale, so...
Cost per sale = $2 * 25 = $50 ...if your product is worthless than $50, you’re making a loss.
That’s pretty simple, and as you can see, there’s not a lotof room to maneuver here.
Margins are tight on banneradvertising and that applies to both the site selling theadvertising space and the webmaster buying it.
Of course, hard cash isn’t the only way to measure thesuccess of a banner ad, and one reason they’re still popularis that they’re a pretty effective branding tool. After all, advertisers spend millions on billboards without expectingmotorists to drive straight through them and make apurchase! On the Web, those advertisers can even bereasonably sure that the people who see their ads will beinterested in them.
But branding costs money—lots of it—withno guarantee of results. It’s usually best left to the bigboys.
The banner ads on my sites usually send users to myaffiliate partners, and the banner ads I place on otherpeople’s sites usually come from my affiliate programs.
Theydon’t cost me anything and as long I’m making the sales topay my affiliate partners, everybody’s happy.
If you do decide to purchase banner advertisements though, and if you have a very specific market in mind, make surethey are strategically placed—on sites where the trafficwill most definitely be interested in your product orservice.
Find a site that suits exactly your specificproduct and you’re going to be appealing directly to yourtarget market.
That’s it for this week. As you can see, banner ads are notthe guaranteed money making tools that they once were butthey can still be used effectively if targeted properly. Isbanner advertising for you? Only you can determine that.

Setting up Your Own Affiliate Program (part one)
So…what would that bring you? The same as you’re bringingyour affiliate partners: deals. Every time someone sends youa user who gives you money, you give a portion of that moneyto your affiliate. It’s an easy way to generate traffic andearn cash.
And you don’t need to be a programming genius to set up anaffiliate program. There are a whole bunch of companies outthere that offer entire affiliate kits right off the shelf.
Ultimate Affiliate lets you run a fully featured affiliateprogram from your website. It integrates with virtuallyevery payment method, awards down-line commissions, and canhandle high-traffic websites. You can edit the sign-up formto match the "look and feel” of your site as well as deletesome of the optional fields. The administration area allowsyou to edit affiliates and commissions, create printablereports of money due, export the data to a text file, viewthe traffic through your affiliate program, and much more.Your affiliates can log in at any time and see their trafficand commission statistics as well as change theirinformation and get links and banner code.
Once the program is set up you'll only need to log in once amonth to print out a list of the affiliates, theiraddresses, and the money owed. You can do this quarterly ifyou wish. You can export the payments owed to a text file inPayPal's "mass pay" format and then just upload it to yourPayPal account to pay everyone automatically. Or, you cansimply write your own checks. If you have to pay a lot ofcommissions, there is a check printing service calledqchex.com. Upload the file and they’ll print and mail yourchecks for a fee of about 80 cents each.
Alternatively, Locked Area Pro is an advanced member's areamanagement system offering very good security that’s easy tomaintain. The system provides a huge list of useful featuresincluding automated sign-up, user account validation, optional random password generation and an administrationapprove/decline account feature. It also comes with anextremely powerful control panel with an onlineadministration of users, backup, and full customizationfacilities from the browser. A statistics system is also inbuilt in. What more could you want?5.3 Cooking off the Spam
Any time you run a program where your affiliates rely onother signups to generate profits, you will eventually havea problem with spam. One of your affiliates will inevitablyget it into their head to blitz the Web with unwantedgarbage.
When this happens you need to be ready to takeaction—otherwise it will cost you! Your Internet company canboot you off your server and you can find yourselfblacklisted. Not good for business. If you get an email fromsomeone claiming they received spam with your URL, then takeit as an early warning. I am not advising you to immediatelyterminate the affiliate’s account, but be sure to contactthem to follow up on the complaint. Let your affiliate knowyou received a complaint and advise them to remove thisperson from their list.
If you only get one or two complaints, it’s probably notspam—the complainants might simply have signed up for anemail list and forgotten all about it. You will know whenone of your affiliates is spamming, because you will getanywhere from 10 to 100 complaints in the same day allregarding the same URL. The best thing to do in this case isto immediately terminate or disable the account of theaffiliate URL that was spammed.
This concludes the first installment of my two part serieson starting your own affiliate program. Stay tuned formore.

11. By Not Understanding That Making A Living Online Is EXACTLY Like Having A Regular 9 To 5 Offline Job, But You Will Often Spend 10 To 15 Hours A Day Working!
12. By Trying To Do Too Many Things At Once And Having Failure After Failure, Instead Of Picking ONE Thing, Doing It RIGHT And Having Success SLOWLY.
13. By Not Sticking To One Thing And Doing It Well, Making That The MAIN Focus Of What Sets YOU Apart From Every Other Marketer.
14. By Not Automating Most Of Your Online Business Processes, And Then Wondering Why You're Too Busy To Begin Any New Projects.
15. By COMPLETELY Ignoring Your Customers When They Contact You, Or Giving Them Absolutely NO WAY To Contact You When They Need To.
16. By Not Learning ANYTHING From The Mistakes You Have Already Made, And Then Making The Same Ones Over Again!
17. By Not Taking ANY ACTION To Reach Your Goals!
18. By Believing That Just By Taking A Pre-Designed, Pre-Packaged Information Product That You Can Just Slap It Up On The Internet, With Doing Nothing Further, And Watch The Money ROLL In To Your Merchant Account.
19. By Believing You Are Doomed To Fail Before You Even Begin Your Own Online Endeavor.
In all seriousness, no one got anywhere by sitting back and letting everything just 'happen' around them. You must take chances. You must get yourself active in the online marketing community. You must learn. And you must never stop learning. Only then can you become a true success.

How-To Make Your Ezine Stand Out From The Masses
* Newsletter Access (http://www.newsletteraccess.com/) has nearly 10,000 ezines listed in their database.
With so much competition in the marketplace for ezine subscribers, it is imperative for us to learn how to develop a loyal following among our own subscribers. In this article, I examine a three ezines that are excelling in the marketplace and building a large and loyal following of readers. I will also look at three reasons why these three e-zines are doing so well.
The Electronic Newsletters That We Will Review...
1. Travel by Vasrue Weekly E-Magazine (http://travel.vasrue.com/newsletter/index.html)
2. Your Membership (http://www.yourmembership.net/)
3. SiteProNews (http://www.sitepronews.com/) Original And Exclusive Content All three of these electronic newsletters utilize original content at one level or another.
* Travel by Vasrue uses only exclusive, original, travel content in their E-Magazine.
* The Your Membership newsletter, owned by AEO Publishing, Inc., provides a section of their newsletter for webmasters to submit websites for review, and then they print some of those reviews for their readers to consider. They also allow individuals to submit questions, and then they print the best answers submitted by their readers.
* SiteProNews, owned by Jayde Online, Inc., utilizes a lot of first-run, original content written by members of their staff, including articles written by Jim Hedger and Mel Strocen. Some of this content can be seen in other publications later, but you will always see it in SiteProNews first. Exclusive content allows your ezine to stand far above all of your competitors. While free reprint articles (like this one) are a good source of information, most of your competitors rely solely on other people to create the content for their newsletters. For most readers, this is not a big deal, except when the particular article used may have been read in competing ezines previously. Readers tend to favor ezines that utilize exclusive or first-run content in their issues. A Winning Formula Successful ezines always have a specific format and formula for their publications.
* Travel by Vasrue focuses on giving their readers specific information that they can use to make good travel decisions. They also provide specific information regarding a choice of vacation options within the context of their currently discussed travel destination.
* The Your Membership newsletter focuses on offering their readers an opportunity to ask questions and to have those questions answered by other readers who have the knowledge to share.
* SiteProNews prefers to provide content that will point you to third-party resources that are related to the current topic. Once an ezine has found their winning formula, that formula will become their trademark. They Understand Their Readers If you do not understand what your readers want from your newsletter, you will never be able to develop a profitable mailing list.
* Travel by Vasrue doesn't leave it to chance. They ask their readers what destinations they would be interested to find specific information. Then they deliver exactly what their readers have asked to receive.
* The Your Membership newsletter is offered on a dozen or so websites that cater specifically to the needs of webmasters who are looking to develop a commercially viable website. While the source of the subscription pretty much defines what their readers want to see in the newsletter, the fact that they rely on the Q&A process to fill their issues helps them to select articles that would be of real interest to their readers.
* SiteProNews is offered to the people who use Jayde Online's many free webmaster tools. Their newsletter caters to the needs of those commercial webmasters who are already utilizing their free tools. In Conclusion... Successful ezines are those that are willing to cater to the specific needs of their readers, and then they deliver their information in a consistent format. Successful ezines are also those that are willing to invest the extra time, effort and money into creating one-of-a-kind, original content for their readers to voraciously consume. While those reprint articles are often very informative, I am sure that you hate it when you see the same article appear in a number of the ezines that you read. A once-in-a-while repeat article is all well and good, but if one ezine is consistently following in the footsteps of another ezine you read, then why would you want to keep reading the second?
The Your Membership newsletter has shown us that utilizing mostly reprint articles can prove successful, when you are willing to mix some other kinds of exclusive content with the free reprint articles. SiteProNews has shown us that you can be successful when you are willing to mix original, first-run articles with reprint articles.
By following the lead of those who have been successful before you, you might just find that you can build your mailing list to be a very profitable aspect of your overall enterprise. It is my hope that this free reprint article has given you some food for thought as to how to follow in the steps of those before you.
